Once they are revived, all your friends will have a full health bar, and all negative effects (IF) on them will be cancelled. The revived players will also get full stamina, along with the other benefits.
However, it is recommended to use it only when you have no other choice, because you will be paying a high price for the revival.
While your friends will be revived, you will pay the ultimate price, which is death. In short, you will sacrifice yourself to resurrect your allies, which statistically gives your team a higher chance of winning the round. But once you use this item, the game will make sure that you are sitting out for the current round.
