A Wuthering Waves leak has revealed the upcoming character banners. The next patch is expected to hit the live servers by the end of March, and with that, a new 5-star unit is expected to debut, along with a new main story chapter and new events.
In the latest story trailer for Wuthering Waves, the next update for the Rinascita storyline was teased. In the upcoming version, Cantarella is also debuting as a playable unit in 2.2v. She is confirmed to a 5-star Havoc unit who wields a Rectifier.
In the upcoming version, she is the only drip-marketed character, so no other new units are expected to make their debut in the 2.2v. Although, some leaks suggest that two fan-favourite characters might get re-run banners.
Leaks of Wuthering Waves : information about 2.2v banners
A known leaker who goes by the name WuWa Land has shared the information that the first half of Wuthering Waves 2.2v might have the debut banner of Cantarella, while the second half might feature the double re-run banner of Camellya and The Shorekeeper.
Another internet leak reveals the 4-star characters that will be accompanying the limited featured units in the upcoming version.
First Phase of 2.2v

- Danjin (4-Star) – Havoc, Sword
- Sanhua (4-Star) – Glacio, Sword

Second Phase of 2.2v

- Chixia (4-Star) – Fusion, Pistols
- Aalto (4-Stars) – Aero, Pistols
Camellya is about to get her first re-run banner, and the fans can’t wait to collect their favorite DPS. She is currently the strongest playable DPS in Wuthering Waves and quite popular among the fanbase due to her background lore.
It’s going to be a tough choice for the players, as there will be three strong units of different role in the same patch, making the crucial decision on which units to invest is going to be tough for all the players.
Some other leaks also suggest that we might get Aero Rover very soon, and their in-game kit might be unlocked as we progress through the main quest.
