Honkai Star Rail is celebrating its second anniversary with in-game giveaways and events. One of those events is a live concert recently held in Shanghai with a live audience, and one of the biggest collabs in the gaming industry was announced here.
Honkai Star Rail is collaborating with the anime franchise Fate/stay night (Unlimited Blade Works), bringing in iconic characters like Saber and Archer as playable units in the game.
Saber and Archer are to be playable in Honkai Star Rail
In the recent concert, HoYoverse announced officially that Honkai Star Rail is collaborating with Fate/stay night. The devs also confirmed that Saber and Archer will be playable in Honkai Star Rail, along with the other characters.
According to the announcement:
Saber
- Rarity – 5-Star (Limited time, probably no future re-runs)
- Element – Wind
- Path – Destruction
Archer
- Rarity – 5-star (Limited time, probably no future re-runs)
- Element – Quantum
- Path – The Hunt
How to participate in this exclusive character banners
These exclusive character banners will be available from July 11, 2025, and will be available for a long time.
You can use your Star Rail Special Passes to participate in this collaboration event banner and obtain the limited 5-star unit, Saber.
As she will follow the Path of Destruction, she can deal massive Wind DMG to the selected and its adjacent targets at once.
While everybody will be able to collect the limited Hunt Path character Archer. Trailblazers can claim the character after logging in to their respective accounts after 12:00 July (server time).
Archer will be a Quantum character who will be dealing single-target-based foes, as he is following the Hunt Path.
This exclusive collab will last till the end of version 3.6 of Honkai Star Rail.
