How to redeem codes

You can redeem the Genshin Impact codes via two specific methods:

• In-game method
• From the HoYoverse site link, where we need to fill out some account details to redeem.

We have mentioned both of the methods below.

In-game method

1. Open the Paimon menu by either tapping on the top-left corner or by pressing the Escape button.
2. Select the Settings tab and then locate the Account section.
3. Select the Redeem Code option.
4. Enter the code, to receive the rewards through your in-game mail.
5. Repeat the process whenever you need to redeem another code.

Redeem from HoYoverse website

Follow the mentioned steps to redeem your codes.

1. Head to the official HoYoverse redeem code website.
2. Log in with your Genshin account credentials and confirm the server where you play.
3. Type or copy-paste any active code in the dialog box that is present below and select the Redeem button.
4. Repeat the process while redeeming codes through the website in the future.
