Tribbie is the newest character to debut with Honkai Star Rail 3.1v. She is a 5-star Quantum element character who follows the Path of Harmony, meaning she is a buffer. Still, due to some unique abilities, she stands tall even among the other 5-star Harmony units.

Best 5-star Lightcones for Tribbie in Star Rail
If Time Were a Flower
This is the signature Lightcone (LC) for Tribbie, currently available for summoning from the Lightcone banner. If Time Were a Flower is a 5-star limited Lightcone with a powerful passive that improves Tribbie’s kit further.
She gets granted a 36% CRIT DMG buff and will regenerate 12 Energy after dealing a follow-up attack.
The LC will give her the “Presage” effect, which further increases her CRIT DMG by 8% for two turns. The wearer can also regenerate 21 Energy and gain the effect “Presage” upon entering a fight.
But the Battle Isn’t Over
But the Battle Isn’t Over is a 5-star Lightcone, which is available to be summoned from the Stellar Wrap at any given time. This LC isn’t as effective as Tribbie’s signature one, but the benefits from the passive are definitely worth it.
The passive will increase the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate by 10%. It also resonates a Skill Point after the wearer uses their Ultimate. With such a boost, Tribbie would be happy to spam her abilities.
Although the passive works after every two turns of the Ult, the next ally will always get a 30% DMG buff.

Dance! Dance! Dance!
For F2P players, Tribbie has quite a lot of options available. One of them is Dance! Dance! Dance! It is one of the best 4-star Lightcone for her as it advances the action of all allies by 16% after the wearer uses her Ult.
The requirement to trigger the passive effect is pretty straightforward – you just need to build her with the Energy Regeneration stat. If you have already collected a few copies of this LC, you might as well stack them to buff its effectiveness.
Memories of the Past
The Memories of the Past is a unique choice LC for Tribbie. You need the passive ability for Tribbie, the Energy Regeneration, which can be obtained when the wearer ATK a target. The follow-up ATK will also work in this case, so we can expect Tribbie to farm her Ultimate pretty fast.
This LC also provides a Break Effect buff, which adds additional DMG output if she successfully breaks the toughness bar of the foes with her follow-up ATK.
Best 3-star Lightcone
Meshing Cogs
In case you lack the other options that were mentioned before, go for this 3-star Lightcone – Meshing Cogs. This LC can generate 4 Energy for the user if they succeed in attacking foes or get themself hit. This effect can be triggered once per turn.
