The conclusion of the Genshin Impact 5.4v special program on January 24, 2025, has left fans excited about all new and upcoming content that will hit the live server in February.
The special program revealed a new character, Yumemizuki Mizuki, hailing from the region of Inazuma, and she will debut along with some old faces who will get re-run banners.
Along with these, more events and content will arrive in Genshin Impact version 5.4.
New characters and weapons in Genshin Impact 5.4
During the special program, many new things were disclosed – one being the character banners. One of these upcoming banners will see the debut of a new Inazuma character, Mizuki.
First Phase
The first phase will start on February 12, 2025. Here are the characters and weapons that will have their banner in the first phase:
- Mizuki (a 5-star Anemo catalyst character)
- Sigewinne (a 5-star Hydro Bow character)
Mizuki, the fresh new Anemo character will be available for summoning in the first phase. Remember that after the version 5.5 update, this new Anemo character will be added to the Standard banner.
Along with her, Sigewinne is about to get her first re-run banner. She is a nurse from the Fortress of Merooide.
The following weapons will be available on the weapon banner:
- Sunny Morning Sleep-in (5-star Catalyst)
- Silvershower Heartstrings (5-star Bow)
The Sunny Morning Sleep-In is the signature weapon of Mizuki, and it will be available to be summoned alongside Mizuke in the first phase.
These banners will last around three weeks, so it gives everyone a fair chance to collect their favorite character and weapon of their choice.
Second Phase
The second phase will begin on March 4, 2025. Here are the characters and weapon banner details:
- Wriothesley (a 5-star Cryo catalyst character)
- Furina (a 5-star Hydro catalyst character)
Furina, the acting God of Justice will be returning for her second re-run banner in the upcoming version 5.4.
Along with her, Wriotheslay will be getting his first re-run banner. His re-run was long awaited among fellow Travelers, and finally, it has been made official by HoYoverse.
Here are the weapons that will be available for wishing:
- Splendor of Tranquil Waters ( 5-star Sword)
- Cashflow Supervision ( 5-star Catalyst)
These above-mentioned weapons are the signature weapons of Furina and Wriothesley respectively. Both these weapons are strong and have mighty passive buffs for their wielders.
Upcoming events in Genshin Impact 5.4v
In the upcoming version, several new events will hit the live servers. These events will reward you with ample amounts of Primogems, Hero’s Wit, and more.
Some events might even have free limited-time weapons, which can only be achieved by completing all the given tasks.
