The ending of the Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Special program on February 14, 2025, ignited excitement among fans for the upcoming content that will be playable in the last week of February.
The program introduced two new characters: Tribbie and Mydei, who will debut in phase 1 and phase 2 along with their signature Light cone.
Along with these two new characters, more events and other content will arrive in-game once version 3.1 goes live.
New characters and Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail 3.1
In the Star Rail special program 3.1v, among all the new things shared, two characters were introduced to the audience officially.
In the upcoming version, the character banner will be split into two phases, each introducing a character.
First Phase
Phase 1 of version 3.1 starts on February 26, 2025. The following characters and weapons will be available for summoning in the first split:
- Tribbie – a 5-star Quantum unit, following the Path of Harmony
- Yunli – a 5-star Physical unit, following the Path of Destruction
Tribbie is the newest Quantum unit who follows the Path of Harmony. Her skill will give an “ALL-Type RES PEN” buff to all allies.
Along with her, Yunli will get her re-run banner. She is a Destruction unit from Xianzhou Luofu.
The following Light Cones will be available on the weapon banner for phase one:
- If Time Were a Flower (Harmony)
- Dance at Sunset (Destruction)
If Time Were a Flower and Dance at Sunset are the signature Lightcones of the featured characters that are mentioned above.
Both these characters and Lightcone banners are roughly available for around three weeks, giving ample amount of time for everyone to summon their favorites.
Second Phase
The second phase of HSR 3.1v will start on March 19, 2025. In this banner, the following characters and Lightcones will be available for summoning:
- Mydei – A 5-star Imaginary unit, following the Path of Destruction
- Huohuo – A 5-star Wind unit, following the Path of Abundance
Mydei will be the newest Imaginary character to join the Destruction Path roster. While Huohuo will be getting a re-run banner alongside him.
The following Lightcones will be available on the weapon banner for the second phase:
- Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path (Destruction)
- Night of Fright (Abundance)
The above-mentioned Lightcones are the signature weapons of Medei and Huohuo.
All these limited characters and Lightcones are available for around three weeks, giving everyone a fair chance to collect their favorite unit.
